Progress made in Diamond Dynasty, Franchise, Road to the Show, or March to October won't carry over when transitioning to new yearly iterations of MLB The Show.
The cloud save feature will only share files among consoles operating the same edition of the game, if the accounts are linked properly.
For example, a Franchise save for MLB The Show 24 can only be shared with other consoles playing MLB The Show 24 and is not compatible with other versions of MLB The Show.
